为解决农田中残膜回收难题,采用自制的静电分离装置,对农田中残留的地膜和土壤进行静电分离试验。在高压静电场条件下,对装置的分离效率与含水率和高压静电电压值之间的变化规律进行测定,并建立数学模型。试验结果表明:当极板间距为6cm、残膜面积为5×5cm~2、含水率为20%、电压值为-7.3kV时,静电分离装置吸附效率可以达到96.67%;静电分离方法可以用于分离农田中的残膜。该文的分离原理和试验为下一步静电式残膜回收机的研制提供理论依据和借鉴。 In order to solve the problem of residual film recovery in farmland, the self-made electrostatic separation device was used to carry out electrostatic separation experiment on the remaining film and soil in farmland.
