【原创】【Advanced】CA associated DVB Standards

We know the CA is a system realized function which include so many different pespective , the purpose of this paper is to provide an overview of the CA associated standards include the video coding algrithms ,the video communications and so on. And for several DVB - Standards, here, due to the standard is written by english ,
I try to write the paper also in that language.

.1 ISO/IEC 13818-1:
It is a generic coding standard
.11 A CAT (Conditional Access Table)table with PID 0x01 should be add in for the Scambled Ts.
.12 CAT table include the CA_descriptors which associated with the
