请教:关于vco的hspice仿真

如题,在hspice里仿真vco,用什么点命令可以得到它的特性曲线(频率-控制电压曲线)? 谢谢!

    扫描VCO的输入电压,用Measure语句求出频率,然后用Excel作出输入电压与输出频率的关系,同时也可以得到Kvco。

    In Hspice:.option autostop=1 ........................................... tran 0.1n tstop sweep vctl 0.1 vdd 0.1.measure tran period trig v(VCOCK) val=vdd1m rise=17 targ v(VCOCK) val=vdd1m rise=18.measure tran hpulse trig v(VCOCK) val=vdd1m rise=17 targ v(VCOCK) val=vdd1m fall=17.measure tran freq param='1/period' .end Finally, check the f-V curve by "awaves" tool.That'a all.

    安装个coscope就行,方便看波形和测量波形各种参数!
