Job Title：Staff Engineer ， Wireless Communication algorithm

Main Responsibilities：
1.Design, analyze, and implement advanced wireless signal processing algorithms.
2.Algorithms to be developed, simulated, quantitatively assessed and refined.
3.Participate in system architecture and testing.

Job Requirements：
1.Wireless PAN, Wireless LAN, Wireless WAN, and/or cellular networks.
2.Modulation and demodulation.
3.Error correction coding and decoding.
4.Channel estimation and equalization.
5.Carrier and symbol timing recovery and tracking.
6.Filtering and interpolation.
7.Knowledge of media access control (MAC) for wireless or wired networks is plus.
8.Experience in Smart antenna techniques such as beam-forming, MRC, space-time coding is plus.
9.Experience in RF system design and test is plus.
10.Experience in VLSI design is plus.
